How long does it
take for my tour to get online? |
|
| It takes up to 2
business days (Mon-Fri) from the time we have these 3 items: |

1) Payment for your tour |
|
2) Pictures from your
listings photo shoot |
|
3) The "create
tour" form filled out online |

How soon can I
schedule an appointment to have a photo shoot? |
|
| Usually we can schedule
an appointment within 2-3 business days from the day you call.
Payment must be received within 2 business days from
date of appointment to reserve that date and time. |

Do I get pictures of
my listing to use on brochures etc.? |
|
| YES, pictures will be
emailed to you the next business day (Mon-Fri). |

How soon will my
tour be on Realtor.com & MRIS? |
|
| A link to your virtual
tour will be posted on Realtor.com within 2 business
days (Mon-Fri) after all 3 required items above have
been submitted. |

How many pictures
are in the virtual tour? |
|
| We will take 50-100
photos, depending on the size of the home, and we will
pick the best 10-25 to create the virtual tour. For most
houses, we will use 15-20 pictures. |

What makes your
pictures so good? |
|
| We use a wide angle
camera and take 5-10 photos of each room from different
angles, with different lighting exposures, and than edit
each picture to be used using
PaintShop. We can edit brightness, sharpness, and
blemishes to get the best picture of your listing. |

Is your
virtual tour 360 Panoramic or slideshow? |
|
| Our tour is a slideshow
tour. A 360 panoramic has limitations, especially for
smaller rooms in homes. Additionally, surveys show that
online users prefer a slideshow virtual tour rather than
the "dizzy" panoramic virtual tour. Our tour is blows up
the size of your browser, giving the user the largest,
clearest picture of your listing. |

How long will it
take to shoot the home? |
|
| It takes approximately
30 minutes to take the pictures of the home. Use the
downloadable PDF file on our homepage for a list of things to prepare your
sellers for the photo shoot. |

Do you shoot homes
on Saturday or Sundays? |
|
| YES, we do have limited
appointment times available on Saturdays and Sundays.

What is your service
area? |
|
| We work in Howard,
Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Prince Georges, Montgomery
counties and Baltimore City at our regular advertised rates.
Homes located outside of these areas can be done for an
additional travel charge. On special price tours
within the above listed counties, but outside of a 30
mile radius of Ellicott City, an additional travel
charge will apply. |

What form of
payment do you accept? |
|
| You can pay
safely and securely online with your major
credit card processed by PayPal, the largest
online payment processing merchant in the world. |
|

|

How
long it the tour active? |
|
| Your tour is
active for one year from the date it goes
"live". After one year, you can renew your tour
for $20 per year. Your tour is active on
Realtor.com as long as your listing is active on
MRIS and as long as you renew your tour each
year. If your listing is no longer on MRIS under
the original MLS number, there is a cost of $25
to re-link your tour to a new MLS number and to
Realtor.com. |
